These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of QuantCDN’s services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Service
QuantCDN provides cloud hosting and content delivery services with optional features. Third Party Products and Services are not part of the Service, and QuantCDN disclaims responsibility for them, even when recommended.
2. Limited Use License
Users receive a restricted, non-transferable license to use the Service. Prohibited activities include:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code
- Copying or reproducing the Service
- Reselling or redistributing the Service
- Automated access without prior authorization
3. Payment Plans & Terms
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Customers may cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Unpaid fees accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. QuantCDN may interrupt service if charges are declined.
4. Term and Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice. QuantCDN may terminate immediately for material breach without refunding prepaid fees.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. QuantCDN may suspend service if it reasonably suspects an AUP violation without liability.
6. Service Levels & Remedies
Remedies are limited to those specified in the Service Level Agreement. QuantCDN provides no additional liability for service interruptions.
7. Maintenance & Security
QuantCDN may interrupt service for maintenance or security issues. Customers are responsible for maintaining security and cannot store credit card data on the platform.
8. Private and Confidential Information
QuantCDN adheres to its Privacy Policy. Customers must employ reasonable security precautions for sensitive data and cannot disclose confidential information to third parties without authorization.
9. Warranties, Disclaimers, & Limitations of Liability
QuantCDN provides services “as is” with no warranties. Liability is limited to the total amount of fees paid by the Customer during the 12 months preceding the claim. Exemptions cover data breaches, attacks, and data loss.
10. Indemnity
Customers indemnify QuantCDN against claims arising from their use, misuse, or failure to use the service, including alleged IP infringement and security breaches.
11. Miscellaneous
QuantCDN owns all intellectual property and may use customer names in marketing. This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
